Eviatar Saban serves as Regional Operations & Technology Coordinator for the Middle East at Non Frontier Disabled. Based in Jerusalem, Israel, he brings a strong combination of technical expertise and hands-on humanitarian experience to support the organization’s mission of empowering persons with disabilities. Professionally, Eviatar works as a DevOps Engineer, specializing in cloud infrastructure, automation, and system optimization. His technical skillset includes working with platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management systems. He applies this expertise to help improve operational efficiency, digital systems, and organizational workflows. Alongside his professional career, Eviatar has a strong background in humanitarian work. He volunteered as a medic with Magen David Adom, supporting emergency and community services, and contributed to nonprofit initiatives assisting children with cancer through Lev Malka. He has also supported educational and social organizations in Israel and the United States, including initiatives focused on children with special needs. Eviatar is known for his structured, solution-oriented approach and his ability to support both administrative coordination and system development. He has contributed to building digital tools for volunteer management and improving internal processes within nonprofit environments. Fluent in Hebrew and English, and experienced in multicultural environments, he plays an important role in strengthening regional coordination, operational systems, and digital development within Non Frontier Disabled’s programs.
